SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the Orion Sleep text messaging program, operated by Orion Longevity, Inc. (“Orion Sleep,” “we,” “us”). Every Orion Sleep customer is paired with a named sleep advisor, and the program delivers messages from that advisor relating to the customer’s own order and sleep test. Messages include:

• Order confirmation, shipping, and delivery notifications
• Sleep test app setup and activation reminders
• Sleep test results notifications
• Consultation booking confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling
• Replies and customer support from your assigned sleep advisor
• Occasional product announcements and promotional offers

You may enroll by providing your mobile number and checking the text message consent box at checkout on www.orionsleep.com, or on our text message signup page. The consent box is not pre-selected, and enrollment requires you to check it affirmatively.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Orion Sleep at the mobile number you provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

You are not required to opt in to text messaging in order to purchase any Orion Sleep product or service, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Customers enrolled in order and sleep-test messaging typically receive up to one message per day during the setup and testing period, plus occasional messages for order updates, appointment scheduling, account alerts, and promotional offers.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. Orion Sleep is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, and REVOKE.

After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, reply START or UNSTOP, or opt in again through checkout or the signup page. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communications such as email.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for support information, email support@orionsleep.com, or reply directly to any message to reach your sleep advisor.

Text messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Orion Sleep.

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number, text messaging consent, or opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for promotional purposes. Your number may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to operate the messaging service.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us if you stop using that number.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
